Contact Space Arcade Games

Last updated By the Space Arcade Games Editorial Team

The only way to contact Space Arcade Games is by email: YOUR_EMAIL_HERE. There is no contact form, phone number or postal address. Because the site has no accounts and no backend, email is also the only place where a message from you reaches us at all.

Before you write

A few common questions can be answered without an email:

  • Lost personal best scores: scores are saved in your browser's local storage, not on a server. Clearing site data, using a private window or switching browsers or devices means your scores will not be there. We cannot restore them because we never receive them. See the privacy policy for details.
  • How a game works: each game page lists its controls and rules, and the guides hub covers controls, scoring and strategy.
  • Leaderboards: there are no online leaderboards. The Daily Space Challenge lets you share your result yourself with the Share button.

Reporting a bug

Game bugs often depend on the browser and device, so the more detail you give, the more likely we can reproduce the problem. Please include:

  1. The name of the game, for example "Galaxy Defender" or "Space Miner".
  2. Your browser and its version if you know it (for example, a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge).
  3. Your device and operating system (for example, a Windows laptop, a Mac, an Android phone or an iPad).
  4. Whether you were using a keyboard, a mouse, or touch controls.
  5. What you did, what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  6. Whether it happens every time or only sometimes, and roughly how far into the game.

A screenshot or short description of what was on screen is helpful but not required. Please do not send passwords or any sensitive personal information; we never need it.

Corrections to guides and pages

If a guide says something about one of our games that does not match how the game behaves, or if a statement about real science or web technology looks wrong, please tell us. Include the page address, the sentence you think is wrong, and, if possible, why you think so or a reputable source. Corrections are handled as described in our editorial policy and fact-checking page.

All games, artwork, sounds and text on this site are intended to be original. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email us with the details listed in our copyright policy, including the exact page and a description of the work you believe is being infringed.

Accessibility problems

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, such as a control you cannot reach with the keyboard, text you cannot read in light or dark mode, or touch buttons that are too small on your device, we want to know. Describe the page or game, what assistive technology or settings you use (if any), and what got in the way. Our accessibility statement lists what we have implemented and the limitations we already know about.

Advertising inquiries

The site does not run advertising today. If you have a question about advertising on Space Arcade Games in the future, you can email us. Please note that any advertising would be kept separate from editorial content, and advertisers would have no say over what our guides say or how games are described.

What to expect after you write

Space Arcade Games is maintained by a small editorial team, and we aim to respond when we can. We cannot promise a reply to every message or a specific response time. Messages about broken games, factual errors, copyright and accessibility are given priority. When a report leads to a fix, the change is made on the site; we may not always write back to confirm it.

We use the email address and message you send only to read and deal with your message. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your message with advertisers.

Email: YOUR_EMAIL_HERE. A clear subject line such as "Bug: Rocket Landing on Android" or "Correction: gravity guide" helps us sort messages quickly.
