These terms apply to your use of Space Arcade Games at spacearcadegames.xyz, including its games, guides and information pages. "We" and "us" mean the operator of Space Arcade Games. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site
You may play the games and read the content on this site for free, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. No account is required. You are responsible for the device, browser and internet connection you use to access the site, and for any data charges from your provider.
The games run in your browser and store scores and settings only in your browser's local storage, as described in our privacy policy. That data is under your control and can be lost if you clear your browser data; we cannot recover it.
Games and content provided as-is
The games and all other content are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep games playable on current desktop and mobile browsers and test them with keyboard and touch controls, but browsers and devices vary, and we do not guarantee that:
- every game will run, or run smoothly, on every browser, device or screen size;
- the site will be available at all times or free of errors or interruptions;
- personal best scores, favorites or settings stored in your browser will persist;
- any game, feature or page will continue to be offered, unchanged, in the future.
We may add, change, rebalance or remove games, features and content at any time. Scores achieved in our games are personal records only; they have no monetary value and are not verified achievements. Our disclaimer explains the entertainment-only nature of the games in more detail.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Fast-moving games can involve flashing or rapidly changing visuals. Take breaks as you need, and stop playing if you feel unwell.
Intellectual property
The 15 games on the site, their code, the ships, aliens, planets, asteroids, thumbnails and other graphics, the generated sound effects, the site design and the written guides and pages are original works owned by or licensed to the operator of Space Arcade Games. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless we give written permission, you may not:
- copy, re-host, mirror or redistribute the games or their code on another website or app;
- embed the games in a frame on another site in a way that presents them as someone else's;
- republish our guides or pages in full, or sell or commercially exploit any of our content;
- remove or alter any notices identifying Space Arcade Games as the source.
You are welcome to link to any page on the site, quote short passages with a link back for commentary or review, and share your own Daily Space Challenge result using the Share button. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, see our copyright policy.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- use automated tools to scrape or mass-download the site in a way that burdens the host;
- introduce malicious code, or modify the site's files as served to other people;
- use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose;
- misrepresent scores or screenshots from our games as official results, rankings or endorsements from us.
Modifying games in your own browser for personal experimentation affects only your copy, but modified results are not scores from our games and should not be presented as such.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to external websites, such as reference documentation or public science resources cited in our guides. We include them because we believe they are useful, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site. If advertising is added to the site in the future, ads will be provided by third parties and are not endorsements by us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if we add advertising, new features or new types of content. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction of the operator of Space Arcade Games, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
